The owners of this site wished to create a classic California Bungalow style home which would fit with the neighborhood, and maximize the development of the lot. Our design fits perfectly with the Town's planning controls, and utilizes multiple low pitched gables and beautiful wood windows and shingle cladding with a clinker brick base to create a comfortable, welcoming home. Ted Ellison designed the front door, Concreteworks provided kitchen counters.
